In April 2006 i started the ENDORPHINUM movement
for urban athletes. A page where you can save your
exercises online by becoming a part of the worldwide
URBAN SPORTS GUERRILLA.

Just one year later, in April 2007, i developed a monthly
scheduled online magazine for my community but
meanwhile its readership has grown beyond these borders.
The ezine at that time was called BETA SWAY.
After a one year break i started the ezine again in
September 2009 and hope to publish it monthly.
Meanwhile it changed its name from BETA-SWAY into
eRYTHROPOETIZINUM or in short: EPO ezine :)

We are now 3 people working on each issue but as
there are a lot of sports-related columns, a lot of stuff
is offered by bloggers, flickrs or journalists out there
for free.
