  What can I say that hasn’t already been said about him?
  This is who he is & what he means to me.
  1st off I have to say he was given the correct name at birth, Dave/David means Beloved. He truly is true to his name. He NEVER has a bad word to say about anyone, he is a terrific friend, who’s always there for me if I need him, even in times of his own grief & trials. He has a fantastic sense of humour/fun/mischievousness & can also be a tease at times ~ dare say he’ll do his damndest to deny that though lol.
  He is kind, thoughtful, selfless & dedicated in all he does, always comes up trumps with his words of wisdom ~ he won’t let on who he gets them from :p ~ He is compassionate, caring, polite, a genuine gentleman.
  
  He’s there with a hug, comforting words, a kick up the behind & prick of conscience, when needed. Oh & Dave is also one of THE very best photographers! When I view his photographs I feel them come to life, like I am there!
  He is also by his own admission a grumpy auld git at times & has a bottomless pit for a stomach, hence the name lol
  
  Dave also shows a great zest for life, for the simple things we might otherwise miss if it weren’t for his photographs, he hardly asks for anything from anyone, I have often asked myself is he actually human??? Cos to me he is almost celestial.
  
  Dave, I love you, for being such a great friend, for sharing the beauty of the world around us through your photos, for being there. For just being YOU! Huge kudos & respect to you sent with loads of ((((((Hugs)))))) & kisses xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
