I am pretty colorblind, so excuse my sometimes wacky colors.

I do mostly nature/landscape, architectural and scenery photography and I'm most interested in capturing shapes, textures and patterns... so a lot of what I do can be fairly abstract. Don't much care to shoot people and don't much care for excessive post processing like HDR or other things. Used sparingly, they can be a means to an end but no more than that!

I generally would recommend viewing any of my photos against a mid-gray background. The white background of flickr is an absolutely terrible way to view photos because your eyes try to compensate for the overwhelming white. I'd recommend a black background over the white even (because that will make the photos look lighter and I usually produce photos with a lot of deep/subtle shadow detail that's lost when your eyes adjust to the white background). You can bookmark any of the tools provided here to let you view a photo on black.
