I believe vision is a terrible thing to waste. The more I see the news the more I think our experience is shaped by imagination or the lack of it. In between making images, I help people relocate to our creative community as a Realtor with Santa Fe Properties. My experience behind the camera began with making Polaroids of people on the steps of the U.S. Capitol before cutouts of Presidents were the rage. After mentoring with Ansel Adams, I switched to creating advertising art for global ad campaigns in both color and new forms. Today, my images come when my imagination sees my experience differently and evokes a story to tell you. Thank you for looking today. Emily Medvec
