I'm an Artist, Scientist, Author, National Geographic Photographer, Pharmacy Technician, Falconer, Personal Photographer, Bird watcher, Snorkeler, Surfer, and forever a Student and a Teacher. I live in the High Desert of Bend, Oregon, my most favorite place on the globe. I love this life, it is a gift and my journey has only just begun to unfold the wings to do anything I aspire!
I have found my soul's healing and joy on the wings of eagles... even the broken ones. I spent 5 years in my Native home; Alaska, rehabilitating, training, and photographing Bald Eagles. To feel their brave hearts beating against my chest, holding them in my arms at the clinic was something so surreal and soothing to my heart. It is truly fantastic to know when you have found the one thing in life that makes you want to live forever - Birds. I am here for them and they for me.
