I take a lot of photos! Sometimes 100 or more a day. But don't worry, I don't post that many here :)
I usually do not alter my photos in any way after they have been taken. That means not even cropping. Although I agree there are many ways to make your photos better, I myself prefer an unaltered realistic approach/look. (Update 2009: so now I have discovered www.picnik.com, and I am changing my mind about un-edited photos a little!)
I do like to alter photos while taking them - lomo fisheye, lomo supersampler, b/w film, soft focus (nailpolish camera), lomolitos, polaroid.

Let me just say I went here for the shoes, but I keep coming back to her photostream because she has such an eye for detail and for things most people overlook. I love looking at her images and even though we live in the same area her view of places I have been are different than mine and it gives me something to search for the next time I go to that place. Her images say so much about her interest in fashion especially shoes and shots from her daily trips out and about appeal to my visual side. When I look at her photos I do not even feel like I am looking at an image I feel like I am there and that speaks volumes about her skill as a photographer. =)"
