Photography has been a hobby for me since I was about ten when I started taking slides with one of my Dad's old 35mm Nikons. I am interested most in nature photography (close-up and landscape).
For most images here on Flickr, I use some combination of the following equipment:
Cameras: Canon 5D Mark II, Canon 20D, Canon PowerShot SD880 IS, Nikon Coolpix 4500
Lenses: Canon 50mm f/1.4,Canon 50mm f/2.5 Macro, Canon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6, Canon 100mm f/2.8
My latest project is to construct sets of images that feature a certain technical or creative aspect of picture taking (little experiments in lighting, lens selection, depth of field, studio work, texture, shutter speed).
