Eight Cousins presents for sale a distinctive collection of quality children's books, chosen to offer culture, fun, beauty, insight and knowledge on many topics from the world over. Carefully selected programs, audio and video tapes, multimedia, toys, and books for parents and teachers extend the children's book collection.

We provide an uncommon level of friendly, honest, knowledgeable service to our customers in a clean, attractive, convenient place of business. We believe that children, reading and imagination are fundamental elements of a healthy community, and we strive to serve their best interests.

Our collection --- this unique grouping of books --- is the most important thing we have to offer. You can find books to buy anywhere, but this thorough and thoughtfully assembled group of books is one of a small handful in North America. We present it to you with pride.

The book and gift collections are very carefully selected and maintained. There are now nearly 20,000 titles in our stock list, of which around 12,000 are in the store on any given day, chiefly for readers aged 0-16, parents and teachers. In addition, a small section of about 300 titles represents current adult titles in fiction, biography, social commentary and science for the lay reader. We are glad to special order any book in print, and most orders can be filled in 2-5 days.
