I play the cello. I'm in an orchestra. I'm principal cello.
I have silly twitter thoughts. Don't judge me on them, they're just stream of consciousness.
I listen to all sorts of music: www.last.fm/user/edwelker. I have a musical background, but my musical side feels slightly dormant right now.
I write this: www.pubmed.gov/. I do everything from html/css/js to programming language design.
I ride my bikes... I have too many to count. I've a number of fixies and road bikes now, I may start leaning towards cross or mountain.
I also write this: eddiewelker.com. This is where I put my original thoughts, when I have enough time.

I do other stuff too, I just can't think of it now.

I take photos... I have a hard time juggling quality (shots with time, thought, and effort) against snapshots I take for myself. I love both, but feel more strongly about snapshots, therefore my collection isn't quite balanced.

I use Nikon (D700) and Olympus (E-520) cameras, with an array of lenses both inherited and purchased. I've got a few flashes, though I don't use them much. When I do use them, I use them poorly, I'm sure.
