Wildlife Educator and qwner of Reptile Conservation Resources, Inc. (www.EcoSnake.com) dedicated to education, rehabilation, care and conservation of amphibians and reptiles.

Most photographs posted were taken by me or my colleague and assistant, Garren Evans (April 15, 1971 - August 9, 2008) Sadly, Garren died suddenly on August 9, 2008 at age 37. It will be a long time accepting his loss, but on flickr his talent lives on in his wonderful pictures. He and I worked together for eight years as we were doing here in Sun Valley, Idaho :
"Rattlesnake Awareness" from "Mountain Express" newspaper.

Please contact Frank at info@ecosnake.com or teguix@aol.com for permission to use or purchase photos.

When Garren and I joined Flickr what we wanted to do was to share pictures, comments and thoughts with others who have taken wonderful, beautiful and profound photos and to appreciate and learn from each other. It's wonderful to have made many new friends here these past few years!

If you have no photos to share, EcoSnake may block you if you only mark favorites because for EcoSnake, flickr is a sharing experience where we learn much ffrom others who share their talent and wonderful pictures...Also, if you are in groups with lots of rules or glittery annoying icons, please do not ask ecosnake to join.

Thanks again for viewing and sharing your pictures and experiences. It's an honor to be part of the Flickr community.

    ~james~ says:

"EcoSnake is not a person, or even two people -- EcoSnake is an education. This wonderful photostream entertains, impresses, and informs all who visit it, in a spirit of enthusiasm, humor, and wisdom. I always take leave of EcoSnake with a greater understanding and deeper appreciation of the natural world we live in. Their dedication and devotion to all lifeforms -- cuddly or not -- is truly inspiring."

"Let me be the first to say that the photographs in the EcoSnake photo stream are nothing short of spectacular! Here you can find a couple of guys (Frank and Garren) that love wildlife with everything they have....and it shows in their work here! The conservation effort and stories that are told within these photos are educational, enlightening, and stirring to those that have even a the small interest in wildlife and the conservation effort. Excellence Frank and Garren! Keep up the great work and keep the great photos coming!"
