Prague-born Roman developed his passion for colour grading and photography working in the Post-Production Department of the biggest newspaper in the Czech Republic.
He graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a First in Multimedia Technology, where his work in motion graphics and 3D animation was so highly regarded that it was selected for Aardman Animation’s talent showcase.
Keen on gaining work experience, Roman pursued an internship in Soho-based Post House Smoke and Mirrors, where he worked on various commercials and TV promos
as a digital compositor.
While at the NFTS, he has made motion graphics for a TV show which was optioned in Hollywood, been involved with KODAK commercials and worked on vfx for a wide range of productions. Obsessed by visual beauty, he looks forward to working as a digital compositor on feature films and commercials in the future.
