Ah, photography, the cruel mistress photography. Photography can give you moments of pure joy. Photography can also give you headaches and periods of extended aggravation. But in the end, if you're hooked, you keep coming back for more because those moments of joy looking at good work makes the frustration all worth it.

I'm relatively new to photography, having begun to take it seriously since Summer 2005. Now in the Spring of 2006 I have plans to head into the realm of commercial photography. I think it will be a good thing to use my skills and abilities to help business clients get greater results for their efforts - it will also be good for *me* to get some results for *my* efforts, too!

I post here on Flickr around 100 photos that I like for whatever reason. Some of these may be purely personal works, some of these may be "photo drills" that I've done to practice something.

PS. All photos were edited on a color calibrated monitor - you'll see them as they're supposed to be if your display is likewise calibrated.
