hi, i'm kris.. i've never been a photographer in my "previous life".i used to work for a tv station in Lodz, Poland (great city, fantastic creative people - i'm a graduate of Institute of the Theory of Literature, Theatre and Audio-Visual Arts in University of Lodz, always wanted to go to the PWSFTviT, but i've got some back problems, so i can't be a camera man anyway). now i live in east london and work as an AV Technician. i've been taking photos for the last twenty years, but without much thought. seriously i started thinking about photography exactly four years ago. some photos uploaded here are new, some are old and dodgy. i'm still trying to find my own style. at least i can't blame it on the camera if i waste a frame or two, as i've got roughly what i wanted - recently Nikon D3 and Hasselblad 503cxi. apart from these, i've got quite few retro rangefinders i'm collecting. i can't resist their good looks when i see one;-)

about me?
i'm impatient, stubborn, argumentative, realist, with sarcastic humour, horrible central european accent, not bad looking, educated (under the communist rule to be in the undergound you'd have to apply middle class pose - learn latin and greek and be exalted -it means, that usualy when i think i'm right i am right, because i fucking spent time to find out my facts), bitter...
