Photography is a passion, but it is much more to me than handling the hardware and even understanding the technicalities of it. As a mentor of mine once said, "It comes from the heart and reflects pure love." There is a strong element of emotionality to recording even the most mundane aspects of our existence. I don't like to think of it as a "hobby" but very much an extension and expression of myself.

    Tanya has an excellent “eye” for composition and detail. Her philosophy of “less is more” is reflected in much of her work.
