In 2004, we decided with Stephane to run a hotel in Mexico, after spending 20 crazy years in Paris.
We bought the land in Tulum, created a Mexican company and began the project (not sooo easy, but we finally did it!).
It took us 6 months to build Don Diego de la Selva, and now we are the happiest hotel managers in the world.
