I'm Karoli (formerly known as drumsnwhistles) and I live in Camarillo, CA. I don't remember a time in my life where I haven't taken pictures, either for recording, fun, or relaxation. When I started drawing and painting I got more serious about photography so that I could have some reference photos that were more inspiring.

I have 2 adult children, 1 teenager, and a wonderful pug, Chloe. The middle son is a terrific jazz drummer who aspires to be the next Buddy Rich. :) He is majoring in jazz drumset at CSUN. The daughter is an Irish dancer and photographer on her own.
