Robin Thom says:
"Some can and some can't.
ajay can
Lines in repose...lines in tension or transition...
dr ma's photography engages and enriches.
I had held off writing a testimonial for fear of damning with faint praise
but when he sent me a bottle of Vodka packed in Siberian glacier ice
and a jar of 'Sturgeon Extinctus', my tongue was loosened.
dr ama is definitely One of the Best."1st July, 2009

alphadesigner says:
"Of all the graphic designers in Flickr only d r a m a can produce vector images with a photo camera. Rumour has it he's not a human but a super secret Japanese robot with high resolution eyes densely packed with hypersensitive Toshiba CCDs. He also has sevaral laser cannons but I can't discuss that in public.
I haven't seen such interest in detail since I read Richelieu's plan for the humiliation of Austria. Such talent is destined to divide and conquer.
You've been warned."4th December, 2008

Rod the Rabid Rodent says:
"d r a m a takes wonderful pictures of living things. His pictures are a reflection of their maker: meticulous, focused, imaginative, and always with an eye for lush details."

J!mbo says:
"I have been following d r a m a's work for a while now. I'd have to say as it's obvious from his photostream, he has certainly improved his photography skills and styles (e.g. no more flowers! Muhahah!). He's also an uber geek when it comes to camera and lens talk which makes our online chats much more fun.
Silhouettes and dragonflies is what the man does and he does it better than anybody else here on flickr."3rd July, 2008

gdiazdeleon says:
"Persistent faun (sent by Pan to
look further in the Demiurge's garden)
Searched for the creatures (between
darkness and golden gleams)
Commune (that unpredictable fleeting
moments) where no human
sown (or even looked before)
Then his following black winged
alies (sometimes hidden between
the trees and along the dragon's breath)
whispers stories (once forgotten)
to his ears.
Through all this time Ajay's imaginery grow inside me, inspiring and making me more aware of the interaction between the elements and its creatures... it may sound a bit animistic, but I think he would think the same.
An ever flowing inspiration..."19th March, 2008

"Drama is an extremely talented photographer who has a very distinct style. He photographs alot of nature images(birds and dragonflies mostly) , but they are unlike any that you can see everyday on Flickr. When you look at his photos you can easily tell there is an artist at work and not just your run of the mill photographer."

Shefaet says:
"Like minimalism? Like nature? Like silhouettes? Like inspired compositions, magical colors, and all-round fantastic photography?
Look no further than d r a m a's photostream :).
The simplicity of his images belie their effectiveness, and each image contains a lesson in making the most of one's subject.
Here's to more fine images from you in the coming year!"26th December, 2007

Lumberg the Loquacious Llama says:
"d r a m a can teach you about the beauty of nature, and how to be tenacious. He captures great scenes of plants, dragonflies, and sunrises/sunsets and continually submits them for punishing critique in the DeleteMe group.
Although the DeleteMe may roll their eyes and groan every time they see another dragonfly shot, it's just because they have seen so many. (And they're heartless bastards, but that goes without saying)
d r a m a turns out consistently high quality shots and has inspired me to try more black & white processing, so if you hate it, blame him :)"20th November, 2007

"the fly of d r a m a
the hero will shoot
shoot soulful and small.
turtle is dipping monochrome
oh oafishness of gods!
diving d r a m a s!
with care they shoot.
let you catch, dragonfly,
just like a god."12th October, 2007

"The master of the silhouette and the dragonfly, drama has taught me how much fun simplicity in nature can be. How do you get those pesky dragonflies to sit still??"
