Note (typically applies to band photos): I'm fairly certain my pictures are "all rights reserved". Feel free to use them in amateur situations (band webpages, myspace, facebook, DIY flyers, etc.). A simple "photo by Doug Glass" would be cool. The higher up in the commerce chain it goes, the more likely I'd exercise the reservations. T-shirts, CDs? Just give me one. If you get signed by a major label and I see it in the window of Virgin Megastore, I'd expect to be treated like the pros who normally take them. Well, not like a serious pro who can demand a huge fee, but something so I'm not undercutting the livelihoods of professional photographers. I don't expect that to happen because I'm sure you'll find someone better than me to shoot you for your big label debut. Anyway...enjoy.
