Simply speaking the association is everything dot. -- .com, .edu, .gov, .net, .mobi, .tv and .org.

Our support continues to grow from local leaders and companies big and small. The organization is in the process of forming as a 501c3 (not for profit) and we are looking for people to get involved. You can join the doterati community for free right now. If you are interested in getting involved in doterati, then please let us know. You have an opportunities to get involved from the inception of the organization. Help chart the course for the organization by volunteering your time and become a knowledge leader in the community. We are looking for digital brand marketers, web developers, agencies, creatives, students, entrepreneurs, consultants, start-ups, sponsors and everyone in between.

We plan to provide real value to our members through relevant events, online tools and connecting the dots within our community at large. We recognize the need for offline events and also plan to leverage our cool talent/technology to encourage online participation and community. Our online presence will include member & sponsor information and registration; programming information - networking and educational; mentoring and professional development (job boards, placements, connections, certifications, etc.); discussions and niche groups; general awareness and publicity; and more.

Our goal is to ‘officially’ launch with a networking event late summer ’08 and we will announce future programming, tools and opportunities at that time. We are preparing to host social and educational events, with both specific tracks and overarching topics to encourage integration across our diverse audience. We will welcome both members and non-members alike to get involved.
