I'm a keen amateur photographer, trying to get better at photography with each and every shot taken, and will turn professional in early 2011! After a long and successful career in metalliferous minerals exploration, have established a large rain forest of NE Queensland tree species and have regenerated a tract of SE Queensland rainforest on our 10 hectare patch of land here in Paradise, i.e. Maleny in SE Queensland. As this project is reaching maturity now, Estelle and I are now able to devote more time to photography - with natural places and rainforest fauna and flora our greatest interest! Also, the thrill of sharing and developing creative skills with others of similar interests is very rewarding for us.
