Toured the Adirondack Mountains
New construction at Newport News Shipyard
Explored history in Jamestown and Wiliamsburg
Slept under the stars on the Outer Banks
Rock climbed at Seneca Rocks, West Virginia
Plank owner aboard the USS Dwight D Eisenhower
Got my sea legs in the Caribbean
Watched outdoor movies at Guantanamo Bay
Still using the Leitz Tiltall I bought in St. Thomas
Spent the night at Cinnamon Bay Campground in St. John
Six month cruise in the Mediterranean
Walked the ancient streets of Pompeii
Spent many sunny days on the island of Capri
Toured the ancient Sanctuary of Apollo at Delphi Greece
Visited Israel and the Holy Land
Honorably discharged in 1979
Sailed a schooner in the Chesapeake Bay
Lived in a sailboat at Gloucester Point, Virginia
Drove the entire Blue Ridge Parkway
Enjoyed a wonderful summer back home with my parents
Off to college at East Tennessee State University
Brotherhood at Sigma Nu Fraternity
Backpacked on the Appalachian Trail
Spent alot of time at Roan Mountain
