Congressman Don Manzullo is honored to represent the 16th District of Illinois in the United States House of Representatives. The district consists of 9 northern Illinois counties, including Boone, Winnebago, Stephenson, JoDaviess, Carroll, Ogle, most of McHenry and parts of DeKalb and Whiteside counties.

A resident of Egan, IL, Congressman Manzullo is widely considered a national leader in the effort to strengthen U.S. manufacturing and create jobs for Americans. In 2009, he continues to serve on the House Financial Services Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee, where he is the lead Republican on the Committee on Asia, the Pacific and the Global Environment. He also continues to co-chair the House Manufacturing Caucus, which he co-founded several years ago with Rep. Tim Ryan (D-Ohio).
