With the photograph for me, it is only the daily record repeated like a diary. However, I am not necessarily treating every day poor. Since I want to love every day, I take a photograph. I found out something that can be regarded as beautiful from personal appearance, and thought that I would print it on a film.

I am taking a photograph using these cameras.

Olympus OM-1
Olympus OM-4
Olympus Pen EE3
Contax G-1
Contax G-2
Minolta G400
Ricoh GR-1s
Ricoh GR-1v
Ricoh GR Digital
Ricoh GXR

 GXR を買った。レンズユニットは50mmと28mm。意外と新世界。はてさて、このカメラがどんな影響を僕に与えてくれるのか、楽しみである。

I am not sensible except for Japanese. But, I think only English to talk by using translation software somehow.

    Lennbob says:

"What I like about doggylife's photographs is that they are indeed very much a visual journal, recording everyday sights. Rather than looking for strange angles or weird juxtapositions, he photographs things as we would ordinarily see them. Through this approach, the context of each photo is not something artificial that is imposed upon it by the photographer, but instead occurs naturally as a result of its position in the overall collection. It is easy to try to be arty and profound; it is much more difficult to stay out of the way and let the work speak for itself. doggylife makes this seem effortless."

    Shanghai Sky says:

"Doggylife offers a unique view of Japan. It is a ghost town of objects. People rarely appear, except in the background or their bacl to the camera. There are no macro shots of cute objects. A beer sits on the table. A cat move quickly. Fascinating take on the world."

    Alberto Balsam says:

"i love doggylife´s pictures very much because one can see in all these small things, corners and flowers how the modern cities in Japan have also a village-like, calm and cosy athmosphere"
