I live in Iowa and I'm a graphic designer. I was very much into photography almost from the time I was born. My father was into photography so it was a given for me, as well.

Camera's I use are mainly digital, the Cannon EOS 40D, 30D, and a Sony DSC-F828. I also use a Hasselblad -film camera. Landscape, macro etc... "It's all good with me!" My biggest joy is wildlife photography, you never know when your subject is going to do something great! I like the not knowing part when shooting wildlife. Most of my images are all about Iowa or things that happen in Iowa.

I have received many questions on some of my animal photos about INTI Service Corp./ Oasis. I always mention in the description of my photo's with the explanation of INTI. Due to the many inquires, I will explain for those people who are new to visiting my photos and/or site.

INTI, Is located in Marshalltown, Iowa, and is operated by a Veterinarian with World Wide credentials. He and his family take care of sick, injured, or animals that need placement from certain zoos that may become over crowded, or zoos that have not cared for their charges in a responsible manner.

Some of the exotic animals that I photograph are just simply there for a regular check up. I attend once a year to photograph, attend lectures, and volunteer in the handling of some of the animals that are brought for a day's visit. The people who attend including me, are by invitation only. INTI is fully licensed and accredited, unlike some places where a person pays to have contact with exotic animals. All the animals receive the best of care, and all precautions are put into place for their protection.

As human populations grow, the natural habitats of animals become the casualties of mans footprint on this earth. Dr. Pusillo's work, and research in Feed Microscopist Biology is necessary, and fundamental in the preservation of many species of wildlife. Hope this answers most of your questions. : )

A few people have mentioned that I have not commented on each and everyone of there photo's. I could not possibly do so. I do try and stop by and comment, invite or award as many as I can. I am looking into starting a group possibly in the future, and am doing some research to try and construct a group that will be fun, and informative about photography.

I will not make you a contact if I visit your profile, and find anything that is pornographic, or photos that I feel are not family friendly. Subject matter that conveys shocking, or is of violent nature to any person, or any animal will not get you on my contact list.

If you make me a contact and never stop by my photo's eventually I will drop you from my contacts.

I was on another site hosted mainly for people in the the UK. A friend from that site came over to flickr, and invited me over. So here I am! Hope you like my images and I am always open to critiques, although I much prefer compliments...(just kidding) Please feel free to let me know.
