Standing on some smooth wet rocks at the end of a beach in NZ, in 1999......................

At that precise moment, i looked down and saw a long rounded dark green stone.
It didn´t take a lot of strenght to pick it up, but i soon discovered that it got heavier by the minute, it started to slip but i held on.
I hopped from one wet stone to the next, carrying it to the sand.
It was a mission.....it was something i had got into my head to do.....i had to push myself......i could not slip......i became one with that moment...

I reached the house and the stone slided from my hands and landed with a heavy thud on the grass.

Like most thing in life , peace comes from pain.
