I am hooked on photography for more than 20 years. When I am not taking photos I work as the CEO of Paessler AG, a software company creating network monitoring software.
For me photography is a way to explore creativity, to see our world with open eyes and to discover new perspectives. It started at age 16 and really picked up pace when digital cameras became available.
Gear that I use:
Nikon D300/D200 with some Nikkors (50, 85, 12-24, 17-55, 18-200, 24-120, 70-200, 100-300) and the Canon Powershot models S70 and G7 as the small alternative "on the road".
