I am from Germany and have been collecting old german dollhouses and roomboxes for 20 years. My oldest one is from the 1920s and my newest one from the 1970s.
Just from the beginning I wanted to know everything about their manufacturers, their history and about the times of their origin – not forgetting the inhabitants of course, the dollhouses’ dolls.
I am interested in everybody else’s collections and in sharing photos and information about this fascinating miniature world.

Ich lebe im Ruhrgebiet und sammle seit 20 Jahren alte deutsche Puppenstuben und Puppenhäuser. Meine älteste Stube ist aus den 20ern und meine modernste von Anfang der 70er.

Von Anfang an war ich daran interessiert, auch möglichst viele Informationen über mein Sammlungsgebiet zusammenzutragen. Es macht mir Spaß, meine Sammlung anderen vorzustellen, genauso wie meine entdeckten Fotos aus alten Zeitschriften, Büchern oder dem www mit anderen zu teilen.
