I’m pretty much a self-taught photographer. After shooting with my first SLR, a manual Canon AE-1 (a gift) in the late 80’s, I purchased a Canon Rebel SII in the early 90’s. Then I took a course in college and quickly learned that I didn’t have the talent to make any money from my photographs. It’s now simply a hobby I really enjoy. If I like it and it captures my attention, I’ll try to capture it with my camera.
