Design Festa is Asia`s biggest art event with approximately 60.000 visitors and 8.500 exhibitors from all over the world.
Since the first Design Festa was held in 1994 we have successfully staged 26 events and 3 sub-events.
Our festival takes place biannually at "Tokyo Big Sight", Japans biggest event hall. Next event "Design Festa Vol. 28" takes place at the 8th/9th of November.

The Event is freestyle and open to all artists from all over the world to exhibit their creative talent. There are no restrictions about the art work. At the event you can view a multitude of paintings, comics, fashion presentations, performances, live music, digital art, sculptures, photography and installation works, and that’s just scratching the surface.

Calling for artists!!!

Get involved yourself, hire a booth to show your photos, paintings, graffiti, installations etc.! Meet other artists at the event and exchange experiences. Also, you can hire a booth with people together. So get busy and get powered up at the world`s biggest art nexus!

Who can`t wait for the event: we have two Design Festa galleries in Jiingumae (Omote Sando, Harajuku Station) where you can enjoy artwork and exhibit.

どんなに才能が豊かでも、大きなチャンスはなかなか1人ではつくれません。しかしみんなが集まって大きなムーブメントを起こせば、ひとりひとりの可能性は大きく拡がります。審査はありません。アーティスト達の実験の場、そして次へのステップアップのきっかけとなるデザイン・フェスタで、ぜひ様々なアイディアを表現してみてください。そしてアーティスト達のパワフルな熱気と共に、驚き・刺激・発見に満ちあふれた2日間を思いきり体感してください!
