Following in the footsteps of some of my intelligent flickr friends, I will ignore all correspondence with those who have posted nothing, have no avatar or profile information. Not only that, I will go a step further. if you have more contacts than posted pictures it won't work either. There's something wrong about that formula.... and yes, all photos are copyright protected- all rights reserved. Pre-formulated comments are not accepted, ie. Kudos in 10 languages doesn't equal a nice personal comment. I'm not too hip on overly processed/modded photos (unless it's pure screwing around which is great) and No HDR (high dynamic range) here. I think it's abused too much and makes photos appear artificial. If I can't detect it,... good job! Nothing personal. I do process but try to keep it to a minimum. Think - unadulterated.

Other info: married and kids which have all moved out- yea!




Sometimes I'm vague with my ghost town and mining camp locations. particularly if the place isn't well known. If it's in the latter category, please don't post the location within a comment or I will delete it (Unless I have already posted it.) I won't divulge locations if I don't know you well. Preservation is the key, and by making them too easy to locate for others, they stand a chance of being destroyed more quickly.
