Born and raised in Arizona, for the most part. Moved frequently as a kid, wound up in Connecticut in 1996 and then moved to Pittsburgh in 2002.
I've been doing unix work professionally for a decade now, and using it even longer. I remember the internet before "the web", when domain name registrations were free and all I had was a vax terminal and a bitnet e-mail address.
Married to a beautiful, smart, wonderful scientist.
