I'm Delaney. I'm here because I was asked about flickr a few times, so I figured it would be a good place to be. I've been looking around, and there are groups and everything! It's like facebook, but entirely for photos! Heaven, right? So I have a feeling I'll be back.

I currently am between photographing responsibilities, having finished a four-year streak as yearbook photographer/editor for the Re-Wa-Ne yearbook. I'm hoping to continue with some student newspaper things next year. We'll see.

I shoot with a Nikon D300. It is complete love. I have a Nikkor f3.5-5.6 18-200 lens for it, which is very versatile. I've just gotten a f1.4 55mm lens, which is total light love. I love talking about cameras.

Obviously. ... Anyway, I've seen some really inspirational photos around here the short time I've been here, particularly in the travel photojournalism group. I'm floored by images like that. That's what I'm aspiring to be - someone who sees the world like a photographer ready to tell a story.
