Why Photography?

I love photography because it helps you with the most difficult thing. To look with ones eyes and see whats right in front.

I love photography because it is a vehicle for staring into the world, die knowing, seeing something. Because we are not long here.

I love photography because you can capture a moment in time that is timeless and framed just the way you want it. You can interpret how you see the world with your photos and it's a lot of fun.

I love photography because some photographs move me.

I love photography because it is an art of saving special moments.

I love photography because it lets you go back in time and reminisce the best and worst memories.

I love anything creative. There is just something about taking a picture at the right moment that just defines the old cliché „a picture is worth a thousand words“.

I love playing with the equipment and messing with lenses lighting, all that boring stuff. ;-)

I love photography because I love beauty. I love to share it with others.

For me, photography is partly a means of expressing ideas and emotions that go beyond words, partly a search for beauty and a way of looking beneath the surface of that beauty.

I love photography because it's a way of telling a persons story with one picture.

And of course I love photography because I can't draw or paint... *g*
