Decibel Consulting & Design focuses on providing professional graphic and multimedia design services for the small business and entertainment industry as well as artist consultation, booking and promotion. We use our knowledge and experience in addition to our network of other contract entertainment professionals to create the team that your project needs to open doors and take your career to the next level.

Decibel and it's employees have been working hands on in the design and advertising industry for the past 7 years. Owner, Ryan Baustert, is also one of the founding members of Minneapolis rock act, Throw the Fight, and has been firmly steeped in the entertainment industry for the last 9 years.

Through his dedication and direction, the band has successfully secured a deal with the Warner Music Group, toured the country, developed a massive online web presence, promoted successful college and commercial radio campaigns, found song placements on numerous MTV, VH1, and Spike television shows, and collectively sold 34,000 album and digital singles combined.

In 2006 Throw The Fight was named as one of the top ten bands in the country by Alternative Press Magazine, which is a testament to our work ethic.
