Worked in Stockport Infirmary operating theatre from 1973 to 1977 (With a brief stint at Stepping Hill hospital inbetween) then as a Freight Guard at Guide Bridge from 1977 until closure when I moved to Manchester Victoria, getting a Driver's position in 1989 and getting fired in 1995! Been with DHL ever since covering north Cheshire until 2001 and South Cumbria since then.
