  "I knew Oddgumi/Nissie was into drawing - I remember she told me so during one of our first meetings, when she was in costume. We got to bond more because of our mutual love for costuming, comics, animation and Japanese pop culture. It took her only four years after her first foray into cosplay to be able to build her own costume, which was doubly awesome because it was so large. I also learned that she was a skilled web designer and programmer because of the amount of blogs and sites that she has coded and hosted. And from hand-stitching lovely plush dollies, now she's crocheting lovely little dollies, using right-hand patterns when she's actually left-handed! The photos you find here do not do justice to her handiwork. Where she finds all the time to do these things is completely beyond me.
