I'm a cartoonist residing & working in lovely Shepherdstown, West Virginia. My daily webcomic is called Girls With Slingshots and has more girls and less slingshots than most people deem necessary.

I was a photo major at Shepherd College (now Shepherd University) and graduated in 2004. After shooting one too many weddings, I quit doing photography as a career and started to pursue my first love, cartooning.

Now I play around with my tiny point-and-shoot digital, 4x5 Graphlex, and old Diana knock-off for fun and vow to never do photography as a career again, thus saving hundreds of happy couples from crying over their crappy photos.
In addition to art, I'm big on traveling, camping, hiking, sewing, cooking, tea, girly drinks, road trips, and good movies. I have two cats, a goldfish, and a Girl Scout troop.
