Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, I am a rising junior at American University in Washington, DC, majoring in Public Communication, and minoring in Music and Education Studies.

On-campus, I contribute to ATV (AU's student-run television station) in a number of capacities, including serving as IT Director and producing or co-producing multiple television shows. I also serve as the Chair of AU's Student Media Board and Secretary of the School of Communication Student Council.

Musically, I perform with the AU Symphony Orchestra as co-principal cellist, and also play with other groups on-campus. I am also the Associate Director of the Fellowship of Sound musical/choral group within AU's United Methodist-Protestant Community.

Outside of campus life, I develop and manage websites for a number of organizations, and am particularly experienced with WordPress. I also have extensive experience with social media management and marketing. I am currently gaining experience developing WordPress plugins, and learning how to write iOS apps. I also have amateur experience editing movies with Final Cut Pro, designing basic motion graphics, and deploying Mac OS X Server and Final Cut Server environments.
