A look thru my... My first year in ph... By Darran Lambert
Book Preview
I'm an amateur photographer who would like to make something from photography one day. Started with an old Sony DSCP31 compact until i got a Kodak Z740 bridge camera and after some compliments of my photos taken with it at a friends wedding it was decided that i would try and pursue some form of career, This has yet to happen. I went out and got myself a Canon EOS400D and a Sony DSCW200 in summer 2007 to help increase my learning and camera skills. Today, i'm still learning new techniques and skills and as yet i've still not found my niche in the photography market. Some say i have an artistic flair and some say real life whilst others say portraits and still life pictures but hopefully with comments from fellow Flickr members, you can help me decide.

miss_adventure76 says:
"Darran's photography captures something beautiful and pure about the subjects. The composition is second to none and Darran's ability to experiment and to be innovative whilst maintaining integrity is clearly apparent.
The portrait photographs capture the very soul of the subject while displaying something truly magical.
It is very challenging to produce such an accomplished portfolio of work, with fine examples of both landscapes and portraits. The diversity of the classifications of his photographs and the use of lighting etc shows the compassion and sensitivity necessary to be a brilliant photographer as well as artist. Keep up the excellent work!"29th August, 2009
