I am not a photographer (obviously) but just enjoy sharing experiences and pictures are such a good way to do that. It could be a spontaneous moment shared with a picture from an iPhone or my Blackberry or a photo from a trip or vacation taken with my Nikon. Of course I am working to get better but realize good photography takes years to develop. As long as I get lucky here and there that is fine with me!

I must admit that my camera (DSLR) purchase was inspired by a Flickr member here, dmdzine, as I looked at his photos and thought if he can do that with a D40 then I would have to work a long time to really need more camera than that. We also have a Canon SD750 that the wife and I use on trips and it never ceases to amaze us with its results.
