Hi, my name is David Lim, from Malaysia. I live in Kota Kinabalu with my wife Stella and 3 children. Stella and I work in the finance industry.

People say that photography is a lonely hobby. For me, it used to be so. Now, the only lonely moment is when I peer through the view finder. After that, as I have only recently discovered, there are so many people to share and talk about the photos. I have also enjoyed visiting the many streams in flickr, and it has really been a wonderful experience for me, both photographically and geographically. There are so many beautiful images and places out there.

I have not travelled at all for a very long time, so the photos on my stream are all from around Kota Kinabalu area. There are still so many places of interest here which I have not explored. There are also many aspects in photography which I have not tried. I am amateur, having bought my first DSLR two years ago, and there is much to learn.

Stella is not into photography nor spending time on the internet. However, I have put her in my screen name as a constant reminder of her love and support of my hobby.
