By default I publish my shots under creative commons by-nc-nd. This mainly means that you can redistribute it as long as you don't alter the image, don't use it for commercial use, always cite the author (see each shot for more information).

However, I'm here. I read flickr mail so if you would like to use an image for commercial use (for example), tell me, and we could reach an agreement.
