A color-blind Christian photographer currently eeking out a living in sunny Albuquerque, NM.

I'm not a stingy photographer. If you see a photo I took and want to know the location, just ask and I'll tell you. Want to know how I processed it? No problem. Art is a fluid process and we can all learn from each other.

To all photo editors of magazines, e-book writers, and web site developers:
I do not give away my photos for free. My camera gear costs money. The gas to get to each location...wait for it...costs money. Wear 'n tear on my vehicle, guess what...it also costs money.

Please do not bother Flickr mailing me, requesting to use a photo of mine and expect me to do it pro bono. You will be turned away every time. Please do not share with me your sad story about your dept's minuscule budget, etc.

I don't care about any so-called "exposure" yada, yada, yada...I might get from having my work printed. I've heard it ALL these past 15 years!

You don't work for free so don't expect me to do the same.

Photographers need to unite together and stop allowing greedy publishers to earn a buck on the back of talented artists without appropriate compensation.

Finally, I enjoy Flickr for the comradery between other photographers. Generally, I'm not interested in joining groups that utilize giant invite and atta-boy blinky banners.

"Wow, the feedback I have got from this guy is great.
I appreciate every word dude, thankyou man!

When I look at a photo I want either to smile or simply to gaze in amazement.
This dude has done both things more than once.
My heart goes out to you man, hope all is well and a wonderful future is ahead of you.

Thankyou for the wonderful words and testimonials.
    Keep Smiling!
