  "I've been meaning to do this for quite sometime..... Believe it or not, less than a year ago, David had no idea to shoot in manual mode. He knew nothing of f-stops, shutter speeds- nor how they related to each other. He also couldn't figure out why his pictures were coming out blue on his little point and shoot nikon (white balance). But even then, looking at his photographs... you knew there was talent there, things like that just don't go unnoticed. Now, about 8 months later, after reading a few books, asking a couple dozen questions, the guy is producing photos that should be printed huge, framed masterfully and hung prominently in peoples homes. He has this amazing ability to see the whole big picture and capture it in a way that moves me. Most times, I'm speechless after viewing his images. I consider myself extremely blessed to know him personally and to have been able to witness "the magic" from beginning to end. He truly is amazing- and one look through his stream, I'm sure you will say the same."

  "davesnothome because he is out there... capturing the best views of the world and the everyday things we see, but never *see*. Almost every photo in his stream is frame-worthy! It's a rare gift to be able to see the world in that view, and a rare talent the way he shares it perfectly! I like his photography A LOT."
