i was born in Shelburne, Nova Scotia in 1967. i spent most of the mid eighties to the late nineties making really rude underground comics. at the turn of the century, my focus began to shift from comics to oil painting. in 2005 i had two successful solo shows- one in LA, the other in NYC. i'm currently making work for my next solo show in LA in february, 2008. i lives in Ottawa, Canada with my wife and son.
