I'm a game developer by trade, a hobbyist chef and a gamer.
I've been doing amateur photography since 1989. Back then, as an art minor and major in a school of the arts, through university and into my gamedev career I was using a Miranda SLR that dated back to the 1960s.
When it came time to go digital in the early 2000s, and have kids, I switched to hybrid cameras to make it easy on the wife. While some i was not happy with (canon) and others extremely (Olympus 500UZ), after 6 years it was time to get back onto a SLR and I chose a NIkon D60 (and cried a bit when I learned there was no adapter for my awesome Miranda lenses).
At this point I'm just getting reacquainted with a real camera again and, after 6 years of taking photos of my kids, trying to find my artistic muse again.
