I'm just a boy from the midwest. I love photography even though I'm not "excellent" at it. Despite being my biggest critic I still have a lot of fun taking pictures.
Photography gives me an excuse to explore my world. And as you can see from my photostream I am more attracted to the rural, pastoral views of the world avoiding city and urban life.
My "9-5" is a rather boring non-inspirational job. But when I'm not at work I'm always on call for a local volunteer fire department. The fire service is my lifelong calling and joining the fire department is probably the greatest decision I've ever made.

"I admit it. Among amateurs, Dave got me into photography, and now here I am engulfed in the creative monster that is my mind. He's got quite the talent himself, taking what others find ordinary and putting his own spin on it. His style is different from mine, yet something is so familiar lies beneath the decidedly different subjects of choice - he of a more rural setting, I of a more urban upbringing.
