I'm a child of the 80's. Born and raised in Minnesota, I escaped for a couple of years after high school, only to happily return. I have been skateboarding since 1985, and still do, off-and-on, ever since. I also attempt to golf, and cannot seem to get my handicap below about a 14.
I've been taking photos since my junior year in high school, when we had graphics classes. I believe the teacher in 10th grade was Mr. Madden, but the second level course, which I was luckily enough to get into in 11th grade, was Mr. Skunberg - aka Gary Graphics. It was a 2-hour class - with photography, screen printing and offset printing. It was also one of the first introductions to the Macintosh computer, which I still use daily.
I'm happily married, with a 6 year-old daughter and a 2-year boy, who will both grace my Flickr account with their faces off-and-on. They are the light of my life - without them, I don't know where I'd be.
