About dashananda / Dasha Gaian

I love Life, and I believe Her to be the greatest teacher. She always smiles back. And I try to photograph Her, dressed and nude, smiling and fearful, colorful and black 'n' white, in the sun, in the rain, in all possible positions and settings, whether She wears a mask of a person, an animal or a mountain.
I am endlessly fascinated with every bit of light that makes it through my crystalline lens.
I have traveled a bit and hope to continue.
I love to observe, to notice, to see and capture, whether it's my camera or just my eyes and memory.

My craziest photographic dream (or goal?) is to have my photo published on the cover of National Geographic. I believe that everyting is possible, and I will get there someday. ;)

P.S. Sometimes I will upload photos of me: some of them are self-portraits, others are taken by my friends. I will specify what they are.
