    "Danton,
Where do I start? This guy has become an incredibly close friend of mine through this flickr world. He's a very intelligent person--knows his stuff when it comes to photography, he's well-read, he can debate about controversial topics like the best of them (you know how I love those debates). He's a fantastic teacher and gets very involved in all his classroom activities as anyone can see from viewing his pictures. But what I like most about Danton is the person he is inside. Kind, caring, witty, dedicated, and a good person. Thanks for all your kind and clever comments, D. Thanks for the dimpled smiles, for sharing your taste in music with me, and for your constant friendship. Take care up there in our beautiful home state."

"Danton is an angel. He is as great and inspiring as the photos he takes. I have not many more words to say about this guy, aside from the fact he is very talented in photo taking, and is a kind, funny, charismatic man. He, among other good friends I have made on the site, are the reasons I stay motivated to keep on flickring. I'm so happy to have met him here, he is what we call "good people". :)"

"Danton is one of my favorite people on Flickr. I look at his stream everyday because I know I'll find pictures taken with care and a creative eye.

He not only has a passion for photography, but also teaching and the teens he teaches. I know this not only by his enthusiasm to take their picture, but by the enthusiasm and passion they display in them . . . plus the comments they leave on his pictures. It is obvious he is a favorite teacher.

The action shots he achieves at BJH sporting events are wonderful. He captures "the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat" and all the hard work it takes to get there. He, also, captures the energy and playfulness of youth that brings back fond memories of my years in Junior High.

Danton is a friend and really good photographer. I'm so pleased I met him on Flickr."
